Finish Options
The six23 condo finish selections include a variety of options so that each owner can create their own customized home. Finishes are categorized by three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Other options for your custom condominium include surround sound system with ipod docking station, gas or electric fireplaces for cozy night at home, brick or stone veneer for a custom urban look and a unique selection of lighting.

The Bronze level finishes are included in the base price.
Finishes include:
- ceramic tile kitchen counters
- 4 choices of kitchen cabinet finishes
- wood laminate flooring in 3 different finishes
- velvety modern carpet in three colors including a rich Chocolate brown
- the kitchen counter backsplash is a classic and modern looking subway tile in a neutral off white
- Bathroom flooring choices include three different colors of 12" x 12" tile in a textured tile reminiscent of stained concrete
- All stainless appliances

The Silver Level is an upgrade package and includes:
- flooring choices of solid hard wood flooring, Travertine or slate bathroom tiles, long horizontal backsplash tiles and a frieze carpet for the bedroom
- Kitchen counter choices include three choices of granite tile for an upscale look that is durable and beautiful
- Silver level appliances include all stainless appliances and a double oven

Gold Level finishes include the ultimate in condo luxury:
- Brazilian Cherry hardwood flooring or renewable Bamboo flooring
- Kitchen backsplash tile includes a huge selection of glass tiles to satisfy any creative urges
- kitchen counters include slab granite in two choices for the ultimate in a chef's kitchen (If you've seen those beautiful black granite sinks, you can have one of those too!)
- Carpet your bedroom in a Gold Level urban design in three color choices.
