Matt Miller, Developer of Six23 Condos
Matt has been instrumental in the redevelopment of our downtown. He and his partners are responsible for 80+ lofts and 250,000+ square feet of historic redevelopment in downtown Springfield. They have brought in tenants like the new MSU Art Department, Quiznos, Conco Quarries, and many others. Matt is also part owner of the Miller-O?Reilly Company, which is currently developing a 55+ community called The Fremont in south Springfield.
The latest project in the Miller-O'Reilly portfolio is the eco friendly "eko park" apartments on Kansas Expressway and Catalpa.

Avonna Schirman has been a commercial Interior Designer in Springfield for 15 years, graduating from Missouri State University. She is currently the Development Director at Hickory Villas and Real Estate Agent with Murney & Associates, Realtors here in Springfield. Her design role in the Six23 condos was to coordinate all of the interior finish selections for the condo units and create a model for Six23 Condos. Avonna worked with Matt Miller to create interiors for the condos that are not only functional, but upscale and visually exciting.

| Brent Cantrell, part of The Cantrell Group at Keller Williams, is the listing agent for the Six23 Condos. Brent was a part of the development of Six23 from the ground breaking of the project.

Allen Casey, owner of Casey Architecture has 35 years experience as an architect in Springfield, Missouri. The firm provides both architecture and interior design services, and has designed a wide variety of projects for their clients in 17 states.
Clients include: Jack Henry & Associates, the Springfield Municipal Building Campus, Drury and Evangel University Campuses, Breech Medical Center and Ozarks Medical Center, the Central Springfield Redevelopment Corporation (a downtown Springfield master plan), and several others.
Casey Architecture has programmed and designed over 55 renovation projects in this immediate region over the last several years, five of which have been National Historic Register tax credit projects.

Cynthia has been with Casey Architecture for 7 years and has 11 years experience as an architect. A Drury graduate, she has done projects all over the country, including: San Diego, Chicago, Florida and Dallas. She won 5 awards for a historic restoration project in Topeka that spanned a city block.

Lacey Bros. Construction, Inc. was founded in 1995, by Tim and Tom Lacey. The company began by building residential spec/custom homes and remodeling/building commercial properties. They expanded early on to include multi-family projects and have maintained their focus on continuing to build both condo and multi-family properties. Lacey Bros. has built several multi-family and commercial properties as well as developed and/or built numerous subdivisions.
